Remembering the late Mavis Robinson MBE

I am really, really saddened to hear this sad news. I first met Mavis in 1997 when I began working at the charity, and found her truly inspirational. Her influence went on to inspire many future clinicians, especially nurses for all these years. As author of the first Mesothelioma booklet she realised the coming pandemic of the man made disease we still see today. Mavis will continue to be an inspiration to us all and a beacon of hope for all of us who had the pleasure, privilege and honour of knowing and learning from her. Rest in peace Mavis.
